Swiss food products are particularly popular abroad. The export hits from Switzerland include confectionery, chocolate and, of course, cheese. Other products too, such as Swiss Bündnerfleisch, have also been impressing consumers around the globe for a long time.
Swiss manufacturers of private label brands achieve success with quality, expertise and reliability. It is therefore no surprise that more and more retail companies have their private label brands developed and produced in Switzerland. At the PLMA 2009 from 26 to 27 May in Amsterdam 16 prominent Swiss companies will be represented. In the «SWISS Pavilion», which is once again being organised by Osec, they will present a wide and attractive product range from the food and non-food sector.
Switzerland will present some of its culinary specialities at IFE, the largest food show in the UK which takes place from 15 to 18 March 2009 at the ExCel exhibition centre in London. Five Swiss exhibitors will display an interesting mix of traditional and innovative products at the Swiss Pavilion, organised by Osec in partnership with the Swiss Business Hub UK.
Swiss companies are well known for their high-quality products as well as their expert and reliable service. In the «SWISS Pavilion» at Gulfood 2009 from 23 to 26 February 2009 in Dubai twelve Swiss manufacturers are presenting a varied range of food and non-food products for the trade and professional catering.
The level of interest in Arab Health 2009, the largest medical fair in the Arab world, is high indeed. Between 26 and 29 January 2009, a total of 27 Swiss companies appearing under the umbrella brand “Switzerland” will be presenting goods and services of the highest quality to a broad range of professional visitors. The «SWISS Pavilion» is again this year being organized by Osec.
